ZAIA GOS provides an AI-powered business automation platform including customer engagement, sales automation, marketing content generation, and operational management tools.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Acceptable Use

Payment Terms

ZAIA GOS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ZAIA Systems and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

ZAIA Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
